Without Sponsors, We Could Not Do Our Job

We are proud of the several medical supply companies which have generously supported many of the international missions. It is their crucial help which has allowed us to perform complex operative procedures with local teams – these are medical colleagues, who are in locations needing any support they can get for program development.

CardioStart warmly acknowledges the following sponsors (listed in Alphabetical order)

SCANLAN INC

CardioStart gratefully acknowledges the pivotal improvements Scanlan Inc., made to the standards of pediatric heart surgery at the children's hospital in Lima, Peru. This hospital is the only center of excellence in the entire nation, and the local heart surgery doctors have been enormously frustrated by their inability to take on complex operations, except those done by visiting teams who bring their own instrumentation. Combined with their generous donation of instruments, Scanlan Inc. has provided, heavily discounted, six operating eye-glasses (loopes) for each of the surgeons; this will assist them to take on more advanced surgical procedures.
